We'll design
and build.
FTTH general contracting
delivered by our own crews.
We work with our own crews and equipment, our own safety discipline and our own reporting standard. The operator gets one point of contact, one schedule and one as-built report.
Quality
Every section passes a full measurement and quality check before handover.
On time
We stick to agreed schedules and report progress on a rolling basis.
Reliability
We follow engineering best practice and the operator's technical standards.
Trust
Most of our contracts are repeat business from long-term partners.
A complete service.
We deliver every step of FTTH network construction with our own teams. We can run full scope or selected stages — both under the same SLA and reporting standard.

Six stages,
one final report.
The client gets access to a reporting panel with crew geolocation, KPI progress and OTDR traces in real time.
Route audit & survey
Field trip with surveyor, conflict mapping, terrain signature for the execution design.
Crew mobilisation
Team, equipment and warehouse allocation. Daily safety briefings.
Physical route
Trenching, aerial mounting, HDPE conduit laying. Progress updated in the panel every 24h.
Blowing & splicing
Microcable blowing, backbone splices and splitters. Bidirectional OTDR.
Activation & acceptance
Final measurement, fibre link certificate, integration with the operator's system, KPI verification.
Handover
