FTTH general contracting
delivered by our own crews.

We work with our own crews and equipment, our own safety discipline and our own reporting standard. The operator gets one point of contact, one schedule and one as-built report.

Quality

Every section passes a full measurement and quality check before handover.

On time

We stick to agreed schedules and report progress on a rolling basis.

Reliability

We follow engineering best practice and the operator's technical standards.

Trust

Most of our contracts are repeat business from long-term partners.

A complete service.

We deliver every step of FTTH network construction with our own teams. We can run full scope or selected stages — both under the same SLA and reporting standard.

What you should know
before getting in touch.

How fast do you turn around a quote?
Standard SLA is 48 business hours from receiving the route KMZ or scope of works. In special cases (POPC, tender deadlines) we can respond within 24 hours — with a section schedule, equipment list and a contract manager assigned.
Do you deliver full scope or only selected stages?
Both models. For most projects we act as general contractor — from the execution design to the final hand-over. We also deliver single stages: earthworks only, blowing & splicing only, or just measurements and as-built documentation.
What does reporting look like during a contract?
The client gets access to a reporting panel with crew geolocation, KPI progress and OTDR traces. Progress is refreshed every 24 hours. The as-built package is delivered in GML / DWG / PDF aligned with the client's OSS.
Do you operate outside Poland?
Yes. We have active projects in Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden. Crew mobilisation to any EU location within 72 hours. Warehouse and logistics are organised from our Poznań HQ with local equipment partners.
How long is post-acceptance support?
Standard support covers 24 months from sign-off. It includes splice / closure fault repair, OTDR re-measurement on demand and inventory support. The SLA can be extended up to 60 months under an annual contract.
