1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Via the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: full name, e-mail address, optionally company name, phone number and the enquiry content. In addition, our server may log technical information about the visit (IP address, browser type, date and time, referring page) for diagnostic and security purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data in order to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract);
• perform the contract entered into — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• defend against claims and for archiving purposes — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

4. Retention period

Data processed for contact and quoting purposes is stored for the period necessary to provide a response, no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Data related to a concluded contract is stored for its duration and the limitation period for claims.

5. Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to entities providing us with hosting, IT and accounting services under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to its processing and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Cookies

The fiberpoland.pl website uses a minimal number of cookies — strictly technical, necessary for the site to function (e.g. user session, cookie consent storage). We do not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies.

The site fonts are loaded from Google Fonts — in this context Google may log the user IP address. Details in the Google privacy policy.
